The ILH supports employees in reconciling family and work by providing the KidsBox.

The KidsBox is a mobile nursery for babies and children up to primary school age. It is intended to help parents to take their children to work or university in exceptional cases or for events, or to support families in making waiting times more pleasant. The KidsBox contains a travel cot that can also be used as a playpen, a folding mattress and mat for crawling and playing on the floor, a clip-on seat for docking onto your own desk, a stool and table for slightly older children, and various toys and painting materials. It also contains a changing mat, books and much more that is useful and sensible for smaller children.
